BusySunday ApS, Hans Bekkevolds Allé 2A, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark (CVR 43506366), is the controller for this website. When we process data on behalf of an estate agency using the platform, we act as processor under a data processing agreement.

Contact details you provide when booking a demo, emailing us or chatting: name, email, phone, company and your message.

Usage data about your visit: pages viewed and technical information about browser and device.

Platform data for customers: user accounts, activity and the data the agency enters itself.

Answering enquiries and holding demos – contract and legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

Providing, operating and improving the platform for customers – performance of contract (art. 6(1)(b)).

Sending product information if you asked for it – consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Data is hosted in the EU. Enquiries are normally deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact unless an agreement is entered into. Accounting records are kept for 5 years.

We use selected sub-processors for hosting, operations, support and analytics, all under data processing agreements. Any transfer to third countries relies on a valid transfer mechanism, typically the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
