Three categories

Necessary: only remembers your choice in the consent banner. No consent required.

Statistics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps/session recordings), used in aggregate to improve content and navigation.

Marketing: embedded third-party content and ad measurement – YouTube, Calendly and advertising pixels. Only after you accept can these set cookies and process your IP address.

Consent

All tags are controlled through Google Consent Mode v2 and default to "denied" until you choose. If you decline marketing, we show links so you can open video and booking with the provider in a new window.

You can change your choice at the bottom of the page, or by clearing cookies and site data in your browser and reloading.

Overview

bs-consent-v2 (BusySunday, necessary) – stores your consent choice. Until you clear browser data.

_ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics 4, statistics) – measures visits in aggregate. Up to 24 months.

_clck, _clsk (Microsoft Clarity, statistics) – heatmaps and anonymised session recordings; text you type is masked. Session up to 12 months.

VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC, CONSENT and others (YouTube, marketing/statistics) – set when a customer video is played. Session up to 24 months.

__cf_bm, _calendly_session (Calendly, marketing) – set when the booking calendar is opened. 30 minutes to 21 days.

_fbp (Meta Pixel, marketing) – measures ad performance for Facebook/Instagram. Up to 3 months.

li_sugr, UserMatchHistory, bcookie, lidc (LinkedIn Insight Tag, marketing) – measures ad performance on LinkedIn. Session up to 24 months.
