Terms of business
These terms apply to business customers' subscriptions to the BusySunday platform and its modules unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The agreement is formed when the customer accepts a quote or order confirmation, and covers the modules and number of users stated there.
Prices are quoted in Danish kroner excluding VAT. Subscriptions are invoiced in advance, net 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Term and termination
The subscription runs until terminated in writing, effective at the end of the agreed period. Paid, unused periods are not refunded unless otherwise agreed.
Licence and data
The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the platform during the subscription. BusySunday retains all intellectual property rights in software, models and analytics.
The customer owns its own data and can export it. Processing of personal data follows the data processing agreement.
Operations, support and liability
We aim for high uptime and provide support on business days. Liability is limited to direct losses and to the amounts paid in the last 12 months; indirect losses are excluded.
Danish law applies and disputes are heard by the court at BusySunday's registered office.
