Roles and instructions

The customer is the controller and BusySunday is the processor. We process personal data only on the customer's documented instructions and to deliver the service.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access control, logging, backup and restore testing. Staff with access are bound by confidentiality.

Sub-processors and location

We use sub-processors for hosting, operations, support and analytics, all bound by equivalent obligations. Data is hosted in the EU. Changes are notified so the customer can object; a current list is available on request.

Assistance, incidents and termination

We assist with data subject requests, impact assessments and documentation, and audits can be arranged.

In the event of a personal data breach we notify the customer without undue delay and no later than 48 hours after becoming aware of it.

On termination we delete or return personal data at the customer's choice, unless law requires continued storage.
